Independent Cultural Producer, Artist
Summary
Luisa Ji is a cultural producer and artist based in Canada. She is the Director of UKAI Projects, an arts not-for-profit and platform where independent artists share infrastructure, resources, and public presence to advance their practices collectively. Through UKAI and independent collaborations, she conceives and stewards multi-site, touring initiatives at the intersection of ecology, technology, and cultural systems — working across residencies, public programs, and research with partners in Canada, Taiwan, Iceland, South Korea, and beyond. Her background in architectural design and spatial research informs her site-responsive, systems-oriented cultural practice.
